Reach Ed connects learners across rural, regional and remote New South Wales with expert teaching. Our goal is to bridge the education gap by ensuring students, no matter where they live, can access high-quality, engaging learning.

We specialise in online, small group sessions where students learn with expert teachers alongside like-minded peers. Our learning is carefully programmed, evidence-informed and designed to build both skills and confidence.

In a world where access to specialist teaching isn’t equal, connection matters. That’s why we focus on relationships as much as results, creating supportive learning environments where students feel seen, challenged and supported.

So whether your child needs extra support, extension, or connection with peers beyond their local classroom, ReachEd is here to bring expert teaching within reach.

How Reach Ed Does It

Our Approach

Expert teaching

We start with what matters most: expert teaching.
Reach Ed delivers online, small group learning led by qualified teachers.

Reach Ed was founded by two sisters who are both teachers, with over 15 years of combined experience across literacy, numeracy, special education and secondary learning. We’ve taught in classrooms, online spaces and regional communities, and we’ve seen firsthand the gap in access faced by students in rural, regional and remote NSW.

That lived experience shapes everything we do. Our sessions are carefully programmed, evidence-informed and designed to be engaging, supportive and genuinely effective - not generic tutoring, not worksheets on a screen, but real teaching.

And because we believe learning is stronger when students feel connected, we prioritise small groups, relationships and consistency, so students aren’t just learning content, they’re learning with others.

Our Community

Connection

What we do is human. Education is relational, and Reach Ed is built on connection.

Our online classrooms bring together students from across rural, regional and remote NSW, many of whom may never have access to specialist teachers or like-minded peers locally. In Reach Ed sessions, students build confidence, relationships and a sense of belonging alongside others who understand their context.

Parents and carers are part of that community too. We know what it’s like to support learning from home, from a distance, or with limited local options, and we design our programs with those realities in mind.

You can feel this at every touchpoint, whether your child is joining a Homework Hub session, participating in a literacy or numeracy group, or tackling advanced mathematics with peers who are just as motivated.

Our People

Teachers First. Always.

Reach Ed is led by teachers and that matters.

We don’t outsource teaching. We don’t rely on scripts or one-size-fits-all programs. Our sessions are delivered by experienced educators who understand curriculum, differentiation, and the diverse needs of learners across Rural Regional and Remote Australia.

We value expertise, care deeply about inclusion, and believe that all students, no matter their location, deserve access to expert educators. That philosophy underpins our culture and our classrooms.

We’re not here to tell you how good we are. Instead, we focus on creating learning environments where students feel capable, confident and connected.

Reach Ed exists to bring expert teaching within reach - wherever learning happens.
